The Brief

Due to the success of the project at St Katherine’s Road, this client was keen to consider development opportunities with 33Homes. Having identified a potential development project, 33Homes showed it to the client, who was happy for us to proceed. The outline of the project consisted of one flat, which was to be converted into two flats to optimise space and light. This contract covered a floor area of 4,150 square feet.

The Benefits

The contract period was 9 weeks and included supplementary air conditioning, new lighting scheme, bespoke joinery, glazed offices, specialist Bolon flooring and small power and structural cabling.

The Solution

The project ran smoothly overall, with some logistical challenges along the way, including only having access at certain times of the day, the fact that the building was occupied and therefore had noise restrictions. 33Homes had to ensure that any communal areas were well looked after, and that there was good rapport with all residents and the concierge. The finished product was two high specification flats, consisting of two bedrooms, en-suites, designer kitchens, mood lighting and spacious living areas.
